These terms and conditions govern bookings and stays at Manzili Surf House. Any booking implies their full and complete acceptance.

Purpose

These terms define the conditions for booking, staying and using the services offered by Manzili Surf House (accommodation, surf lessons, yoga, coworking, excursions and related services).

Bookings

Booking requests are made via the online form, by email or by phone. A booking is only confirmed after explicit agreement from our team and, where applicable, payment of the requested deposit.

Prices and payment

Prices are indicated in euros and may vary according to the season and availability. The payment terms (deposit, balance, accepted methods) are specified to you when your booking is confirmed.

Cancellation and modification

Any cancellation or modification request must be sent to us in writing as soon as possible. The applicable cancellation conditions are communicated to you at the time of booking.

Client obligations

The client undertakes to respect the premises, the equipment provided, the other travellers and the safety instructions, particularly during surf and yoga activities. Surfing involves risks that the client acknowledges and accepts.

Liability

Manzili Surf House does everything possible to ensure a quality, safe stay. It cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure, unfavourable weather conditions or failure by the client to follow instructions.

The processing of data collected as part of bookings is described in our Privacy Policy.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law applicable in Morocco. Any dispute will, failing an amicable resolution, be submitted to the competent courts.
